I was the second time in this hotel and in comparison to my stay 2 years ago the service and conditions have become much worse. The cleaning in my room was made badly - there were hair from previous guests in the bathroom. I had all inclusive and before there was available wide range of drinks all day long and now it was just one “cocktail of the day.” I also saw several times big cockroaches in the dining area which is unacceptable. The water in the swimming pool could also be warmer considering quite fresh temperature outside. I also asked a room with the ocean view in advance and accepted an extra fee to get it, but had a room with no view. All in all, this hotel in my opinion can consider only 3 stars with great reserve.

Wonderful

Great hotel with good price. Nice rooms, quiet place. Good daily activities. Nice continental breakfast. Clean pool with plenty of chairs. Very close to the sea, shops, restaurants, coffee shops. Bus stops around, also not hard to find a parking place for your car around the hotel. Reception 24/7

Disappointing

The staff were wonderful, however there were multiple issues with the room. The bath drain was blocked with other guests hair, meaning every time I showered I was standing in water up to my ankles within seconds. There is mould around the sealant in the bath. I plugged in something to charge, came back an hour later and it was infested with tiny bugs coming out of the socket. And the shower curtain is not screwed into the wall. It fell on my head while I was showering.

« Bel hôtel rénovée et super emplacement. »

L’emplacement était géniale. Pres de la plage et de plusieurs restaurants et magasins. A 30 min de Las Americas et de l’aéroport. L’hôtel a été rénovée et le petit déjeuné est incroyable. Un buffet très copieux avec beaucoup de variété. Ils vous ouvrent le restaurant très tôt le matin si vous devez partir ou prendre l’avion. La chambre était super grande et le balcon aussi. Très cosy et sympa. La salle de bain un peu veille contrairement au reste des équipements. Très très propre. Grande piscine

Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude en permanence pour se laver. Le personnel de l’accueil pas très aimable. Une caution de 10€ par serviette de bain pour la piscine.

Petit déjeuner très bien. Grande salle mais très bruyante. Concernant la terrasse, la vue sur les poubelles n'est pas très agréable et trop enclavé.

Pas de possibilité de boire un café ou un thé le soir. Il manque une bouilloires et une cafetière dans les chambres. Une douche serait plus appropriée pour les personnes en difficultés. Manque également un distributeur à café ou boissons fraîches. Dommage ne pas avoir un petit déjeuner plus conséquent pour les clients qui partent de très bonheur le matin. Concernant les repas. Nous avons voulu manger un soir dans l'hôtel, nous avons été déçus de payer 25 euros sans aucune boisson possible à part de l'eau.

Piscine agréable et le service est qualitatif. Les chambres sont spacieuses. L’hôtel est globalement agréable.

Grande chambre, lit confortable. Propreté. Repas bons

Certains membres du personnel pas aimable et peu enclin à aider le client. Petit snack bar où le client doit faire lui-même ses sandwichs ou nettoyer les tables. Chambres donnant sur les poubelles. Mauvaises odeurs dans les couloirs. Hôtel qui mériterait d’être rafraîchit dans son ensemble.
